Neither VSync or 2xSSAA are activated. Something is definitly going wrong here as I have quite a powerful computer.

EDIT: Enabling foce 60fps doesn't help. I maxed out all the graphics settings and still ran perfectly windowed and then perfectly in fullscreen for 20 seconds then started lagging.
