Your version is outdated, follow these instructions carefully:- 1. Download latest revision from Orphis http://buildbot.orphis.net/ppsspp/ 2. Download atrac3 dll from oioitff's google docs site here. https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B1ftGc2t...sp=sharing 3. Rename the .dll file to at3plusdecoder.dll 4. Place .dll file in your latest PPSSPP folder. 5. Enjoy. EDIT:- Seriously, we need a sticky for the above instructions for users who may not be aware of the exact procedure to enable at3+ audio.
