Location of the ppsspp games?

As for you dear user, I'm not very familiar with those devices but it should be universal to all plarforms, so you can load your game from anywhere, what must be on specific locations are save states and in-game saves, but those the emulator places them by itself as you use it.

One last thing, avoid talking about downloading games and such as warez and pircacy are not things to talk about on the forums, that way we'll avoid getting the developers in trouble.
