Harvest Moon: Boy & Girl

Whenever my character is moving, the edge texture is becoming so rough. See the pictures to see more details

Only the character edges is changing and i know this doesn't seem much, but when you play the game this really makes you uncomfortable, at least for me because it always change whenever i move/stop.

This only happens in this game, i tried other games but they are all normal. is this because of the game or could it be my ppsspp setting? is there any way i can fix this?
