Can you check that you're using default settings, and start from an ingame save (throw away any savestates - they save bugs) in the latest git build of PPSSPP? You can get it on the downloads page - it's got more fixes than the latest stable version, and usually is very stable.

If it still doesn't work, can you try making a log? The git builds come with a shortcut that can make it easier to do that.
