i think u misunderstand me cause my question was pointed in to tunngle

so proper question is do i need any VPN clinet if have external IP or if i can do it via port forwarding?

i ask cause i dont see any 1 here talking about port forwarding if someone is behind a router

and i dont want to spend hours on trying to configure all that stuff and in the end realize i need VPN

you can try external IP or port forwarding without. It maybe work.
some of my friends have external IP, just set external IP as PRO adhoc server IP address and enable Build-i PRO adhocserver, they can play in this way.
But I don't, I don't have exernal IP, for me, port forwarding, coldbird or other pro-online server will not work, I must using VPN client.

edit:If you want to play with cousin who live in other town, using VPN client is an easy way.

well i want to avoid VPN clients cause if can be done with only external IP it will be easier to do

+ my cousin even so is 18 years old when it comes to pc he is retarded so i want to avoid as many configuration as possible on his side

so now do you know what is the port of ppsspp so i can forward it? or if i read tunngle tutorial i will find that port?
