I decided to lower the render resolution from X2 (default PPSSPP i think) to the X1 (PSP render resolution) to see how it would go with buffered rendering and D3D9 and noticed the overexploding bloom with D3D9+Buffered Rendering was actually much, much worse. And i noticed that if i increase the render resolution, the bloom get much less overexploding (click to enlarge pic). Render Resolution X1 (PSP resolution) ![]() Render Resolution X2 (Default PPSSPP) ![]() Render Resolution X3 (oddly not much difference regarding the exploding bloom) ![]() Render Resolution X4 (now the bloom look exactly the same as with OpenGL, no more overexplosion of it) ![]() I tested with X5 but i saw no difference regarding the bloom thing with X4 So it looks like if you play on D3D9 and keep Buffered Rendering , you have to use a render resolution to X4 to avoid having your eyes bleeding due to how very bad the bloom overexplode. |
