is a unique problem you have maybe is your iso and not the emulator cause i never get that problem even with the starting setup of PPSSPP Monster hunter can be played without problems (on Online need to deactivate Fast memory). if a friend yours have an Iso of the game try his iso or re do your iso probably has someproblems and dont copy well the sounds
