windows 7 32 bit doesnt start at all

Sorry to be picky, but does v0.9.9.1-1392-g1fa6710 itself work? You said lower works and higher doesn't, just want to confirm if v0.9.9.1-1392-g1fa6710 also doesn't work.

If v0.9.9.1-1392-g1fa6710 works, and v0.9.9.1-1394-g3d8e30e doesn't, then it must be one of these changes:

If v0.9.9.1-1368-g303b92d is the one that works, and v0.9.9.1-1392-g1fa6710 doesn't, then it's one of these:

The first range looks more likely. What video card do you use? You can find out by going to Start -> Run -> type "dxdiag" (just the part inside the quotes.) Then go to the Display tab.
