Have you installed the VC2013 runtime, as it says is required on the download page?

Make sure you've installed Windows 7 SP1. There are bugs in Windows that prevent PPSSPP from working properly on Windows 7 without SP1.

Can you find the first version that does not work, and the last version that does work? Try going by halves if possible (like go back 90, if it doesn't work, go down 45, otherwise go up 45... should go quick.) This will tell us which change caused it.

You made a couple small grammar errors, but your English is generally pretty good and understandable. My Spanish isn't even close to as good as your English.

Hmm, and it crashes before loading any game right? That's odd.

Try renaming the ppsspp.ini in Memstick/PSP/SYSTEM to backup.ini. Maybe it's some setting.

Do you mean that v0.9.9-45-ged6d4bb works, and v0.9.9-46-g60ad1df doesn't? I'm looking for a range where one works, and one doesn't. This will show me which change made it stop working for you.

Sorry to be picky, but does v0.9.9.1-1392-g1fa6710 itself work? You said lower works and higher doesn't, just want to confirm if v0.9.9.1-1392-g1fa6710 also doesn't work.

If v0.9.9.1-1392-g1fa6710 works, and v0.9.9.1-1394-g3d8e30e doesn't, then it must be one of these changes:
https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/compare/v0.9.9.1-1392-g1fa6710...v0.9.9.1-1394-g3d8e30e

If v0.9.9.1-1368-g303b92d is the one that works, and v0.9.9.1-1392-g1fa6710 doesn't, then it's one of these:
https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/compare/v0.9.9.1-1368-g303b92d...v0.9.9.1-1392-g1fa6710

The first range looks more likely. What video card do you use? You can find out by going to Start -> Run -> type "dxdiag" (just the part inside the quotes.) Then go to the Display tab.
