u can use xpadder from here:

Any driver/controller that uses Xinput drivers (like DS3 Tool) will work on PPSSPP. I use my PS3 controller with that!

X360ce Google it. It will make ppsspp see your ps2 controller as a Xbox 360 controller

Nah, the point was to give a bit more information about how this works incase you don't have a PS2 controller and you still want something like that!

how to connect my ps2 controller with my pc so i can play it on ppsspp ? do i need to use a usb for that ?

You don't really need any program to make a ps2 controller work with psp, I just connect it with an adapter and after configuring the buttons in the emu it works fine
