PPSSPP Colorful Lines on Startup

Hi, I'm not sure if I posted this in the wrong category. I made an account for help on this issue. My PPSSPP has not been working since version 0.9.7. It shows these colored lines that make some of my games unplayable. The only version I can use that doesn't have those lines is 0.9.6. Would anyone mind helping me?
