Why is reicast SO much smoother/faster on my Nexus 7 (2013) than on my S4?? Same GPU but the S4 (snapdragon version, not exynos) has 1.9 ghz and the N7 1.5. The S4 lags and stutters. On the N7 smooth...

May have the same probe as ppsspp... ie:- snapdragon too hard to optimize for..

I think the Nexus 7 2013 has bit more leeway with it's thermal throttling, it's underclocked to 400Mhz though so it probably doesn't get as hot as the 450Mhz Galaxy S4.

Here's the stock Nexus 7 2013 thermald if you want to compare it to the Galaxy S4.

My Moga Hero still doesn't fully work with your latest compile along with the others. Your previous compile had it working perfectly in A mode. Now it doesn't and it only gets detected in B mode. Unfortunately, that means the triggers and D-pad no longer work like they do in A mode.

Something with the latest source code may have changed MOGA A mode support.

Just a suggestion but maybe you should set the default storage path as
storage/emulated/0/dc/discs
instead of
storage/emulated/0/
the intial opening of reicast is significally slowed down searching the whole device for game files instead of just one folder, I thought the app had crashed, it also causes slowdown when switching between the options tab, settings, paths etc.

Even on my Android Tablet after I tell the emulator where the Bios is located, I click on Start up with Bios or select game (CDI).
Always Force closes, very weird, what the hell am I doing wrong ???
