0.9.6.x issues solved :)

I tried here and there and found the fix to problem regarding the 0.9.6.x ppsspp, the reason of black screen, low fps is the appsync 7 from another app which requires it but there are few appsyn's apps out there some are bugged in my opinion so i will write how to fix it.
1) uninstall the ppsspp next uninstall the appsync 7 , delete the psp folder and ppsspp.ini in var/mobile/documents next restart your device , go to cydia tap appsync and install first the version from angelxwind not another next install the ppsspp ta da ! the ppsspp will work like a charm

App sync is needed to side load .ipa's.

I don't want cracked apps. Just emulators working. I tried with app sync, still blank screen. I followed your steps... Still same. Very annoyed. Maybe armv64 not supported??

Appsync is not needed at all for ppsspp. I have an ipad air 64gb wifi on 7.0.4 and the latest stable ppsspp works just fine for me. I have never had your issue with a black screen. Maybe it could be another tweak you have that's getting in the way?
