Mainly, I registered to tell you that I have found a solution to the black screen problem, so I'm going to do a short tutorial.

Things you need...
Naruto Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3 ISO
UMDGen (I recommend v4.00,)

1- Open the ISO with UMDGen (or just drag the ISO into the main screen).
2- Go to PSP_GAME/USRDIR/movie.
3- Once there, extract "logo_cc2.pmf" file (right click on it and "Extract Selected...")
4- Then, open the "logo_cc2.pmf" you extracted with Notepad and erase all the text in it, then save the file.
5- Drag the "new empty logo_cc2.pmf" file and put into the UMDGen (in the same folder). Replace the original with the new one.
6- Save the new ISO file as Uncompressed (*.iso) with the name you want. Wait until it finishes.
7- Then, run the new ISO on PPSSPP and after the CRIWARE press Start (or just wait) and you'll find yourself in the main screen.

Well, that would be all, I tested the game in v0.9.5 and v0.7.6 and works in both.

Tested with the EU versión of the game (ULES01407), and it works, don't understand why lot of people say that it doesn't work on Europe game.

Main screen savestate from Europe versión (from v0.9.5-618-g866ed28).

Actually there is even easier way.
Open the image(ISO,not cso)with some hex editor=>search for this hex string
50534D46303031350000080000055800
and once you find it,replace the 50 with 0 and save

I prefer MadEdit because it can open huge files instantly,save(update)them instantly and many other features...and it's portable(no registry writing)

This way you will not change the lba or the image size in any way and get the same result(the video will be skipped)

Latest update totally doesnt work with it... emulator crash after few logos .

Tested USA and EUR iso,both don't work on v0.9.6-289 on windows.

Moving this back to in-game. v0.9.6-303-g4d4fb98 and later include a fix by [Unknown] which lets the videos play again (though some are extremely choppy right now, still to be fixed). Edited ISOs are no longer required, nor recommended.
