Did US version of game works as well? I cannot run it, because of black screen(sound works). Windows, GeForce 7600GT, not latest drivers, but i have compatibility issues with newer, so I don't want to upgrade.

Anyway, other games also seems to not work...
Other games works only in nonbuffered mode

Using ppsspp 0.9.1 i can get ingame but many objects do not render (cars, tree leaves , pedestrians, and the player character) i am using read framebuffers to gpu. Any idea why this is?

androind version 0.9-1 1629 black screen after the rockstar logo with non buffered rendering
with the buffer renderin it works but so much slow around 10 fps in galaxy note 2 n7100
ps:nearly the same thing with midnight club 3 dub edition and midnight club la remix

Where do you download that build? I download newest from http://www.ppsspp.org/downloads.html and neither radio or videos have voices.

JPCSP have a 3rd party program which makes at3+ sounds works, have PPSSPP the same?

Just play your game once you have it downloaded. PPSSPP handles the rest.
