Has anyone else besides Samtheman been able to get characters to show up with an amd card? I tried the build he mentioned but still cant see the characters.

On the newest release, Enabled the "Disable Stencil Test" hack and can see the characters now. even on the world map, in town and in combat. Going to see how far i can get now

PPSSPP V0.9.1-752-g2745744 64 Bit. Completed the game. text was a little wonky with not progressing, but you can hear the voices atleast and sometimes it will update. Character appeared in front of buildings and such wasnt that big of an issue either.

Hopefully someday the layering issues for sprites overlapping objects will be resolved too. hmm, mb its broken again on the latest git build. Blackscreen when joining the first fight / auto battle rolling back to V0.9.1-752-g2745744 64 Bit
Edit: g2745744 still works, so its rly the latest build |

ppsspp-v0.9.1-1124-g5fcc968-windows-amd64 with default doesnt work. But ill test the latest (1154) when im @ home.
