Probably yet another ARMJIT issue, the game plays fine on Windows using the last build.

PPSSPP Modern Testbed:-

NVIDIA Geforce GTX 760 2GB GDDR5 VRAM @ 1138/6500 Mhz

Windows 7 x64 SP1

PPSSPP Ancient Testing Rig:-
Intel Core 2 Duo T9550 @ 2.8GHz
ATI Mobility Radeon 4670 1GB GDDR3 VRAM @ 843/882 MHz

The game itself runs flawlessly. Now the wheel issue has been fixed as well But, the problem is with the size of Framebuffers which isn't stable yet. Some builds run pretty well, while other builds screws the scaling very badly.

For me, it works perfect with 512x512 in ATI X800

Very playable on v0.9-10, at least with the first few missions, that is. The thin line at the top of the minimap still is present, but nonetheless everything appears to be in order.

RE: Grand Theft Auto - Vice City Stories EU
That's not an issue specific to this game. That said, make sure you have PPSSPP in the same directory as the assets folder, so it resembles something like this(it obviously doesn't have to be in the same path as this example):

C:\Games\PSP:
|-assets
|-PPSSPPWindows.exe

If, for some reason you don't have an assets folder, re-download 0.9.1 official, or try a newer development build.

RE: Grand Theft Auto - Vice City Stories EU
The game runs for okay but very slow even with frame skipping set at 4 to 7 frames, due to slow frame rate it is bit annoying to play

RE: Grand Theft Auto - Vice City Stories EU
The game will now crash upon starting a new game(after a few cutscenes)/or loading a save game if the atrac3+ plugin is enabled in all the latest builds from v0.9.1-842-g00f8ae5 onwards.

Same exact issue as GTA: Chinatown Wars, discussed here:-
http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?...7#pid48847

Use v0.9.1-839-gde420f6 on the buildbot if you want to play this game with BGM. Otherwise, you can still run the game on the latest builds by disabling atrac3+ audio in Audio Settings under Game Settings.

@bhavin192 , i think it is because you are using Nokia one which is PowerVR soc if i'm correct . It is a known issue and not a easy fix for powerVR soc .
