Just a heads up.
Loading of savegames for this game is broken from 0.8-17 onwards.
Stick to 0.8-8 for now if you want to play this game until the issue is rectified.

I always get this, does anyone here know how to fix it, I'm using default 8.1 version.

Everytime I enter the battle PPSSPP crashes after some time during that battle and I get this error.
My GPU is ATI RADEON HD 4850. I tried reinstalling GPU,directx drivers and updating my OS but it didn't help.

Have you read my thread about AMD cards and their deficiencies in PPSSPP?
http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=4383
Anyway. I recommend that since you're using a Legacy card (pre 5xxx series), that you downgrade (yes, downgrade) your drivers to the older Catalyst 11.11a performance drivers
It seems like the newer OGL drivers in the newer AMD Legacy Drivers are really bad for PPSSPP, especially on older cards. Newer doesn't always mean better, especially when it comes to legacy cards.
Follow my other recommendations in that thread and you should be good to go for PPSSPP.

It shouldn't give you a black screen. I just tried it out on the lastest git revision and all is okay.
What's your device/OS/exact problematic version?

Game freezes everytime I try to battle Shining Pom on Milch Main Road and debug console shows this error:
I am using v0.8.1-169, but I tried other versions with same result.
Edit: It's doing the same thing when I try to battle the cat on Tio's farm.
I tryed to wait for a few minutes like the last post on second page suggested, but nothing happend.

I don't know about you guys, but 0.8.1 builds just mess up my emulation. Ys vs Sora no Kiseki runs veeery slow on battles with the latest builds, as well as Birth By Sleep, so I just downgrade it to plain 0.8.1 64 bits.
I assume I should follow solarmystic advices, since my GPU is an ATI RADEON HD 4570, just in case.

Looks like something was wrong with save state. It's running fine after I deleted it.
Edit: The battle with the cat was fine, but Shinning Pom still gives me that error.

All bugs I had noticed are fixed.
I have no problems with Shinning Pom. Try rev v0.8.1-220.
