This version supports only ffmpeg(video) and not audio. This need support to Atrac3+.

Its because it can only decode mp3 like the ones in ea games and some others but it doesnt decode atrac3+ yet .

Now its updated again, It's already have key mapping and edit layout button...
And provide video and audio support for android.

Well, it's illegal if they don't release source to their modifications so we can merge them into the main project. PPSSPP is GPL.

I think I remember he make a pull request once in github. His ID is "cv47"... About FFMPEG and Adjustable frameskip. maybe about a month ago.
