Found an GPL-violating build for android and ios with sound and video (CV's)

today i found a modified version of PPSSPP for android and ios that play audio and video, and has some features like fully configurable frame skip , and choosing the vps limit, and xlbs text scaling level, can the developers add features like this?

actually the version i posted get updated with the last git every few days, ur saying urs is 20 april well this one is 1 may @_@

Maybe because PPSSPP is open-source so anyone can modify it ?

I agree with you, but apparently some people don't want to help each other and prefer to work alone, it's not a good idea but that's the way it is...

i think the developers should extract some of these modifications since its owner apparently doesn't want to help @_@

Umm,these build actually are just ones that have pull request 997 which henrik hasn't merged yet because there isn't anyway to decode atrac3+ on android and ios
