Persona 3 on iPad 6

So, I have a vague experience with iPad technology. But for the love of me, I can not understand emulators.

Asides from that, I can't boot into Persona 3 on my iPad. It's a general-purpose iPad 6, mostly use it for watching YouTube and stuff like that. Nothing important.
Does anyone have any clues on how I can get this to work? Specific settings, etc? Or is my iPad just too shitty?
