Damage numbers are supposed to appear in front of the enemy sprites not behind them.

Up this issue, still not fixed since 2015 builds release. Mine's 1.4.2 (buildbot release)
Pop up damage numbers are not popping in front of the enemy's graphics.

It may only happened on direct3d9 backend. Also happened on CoH3 (ken to mahou to gakuen mono 3) and afterward series, since they're using same game engine as CoH and CoH2.
