nobody did want create a build for Android, He did create.
But now the link seems offline.

I dont condone the use of the source for other people's gain without sharing to the original project (Not sure why you would want to do this anyway as would get more credit being part of the team then working alone against them) but anyway would be nice to test it for personal reference Smile

Maybe she just testing the code first before making pull in github, like she did before pulling request about adjustable frameskip and max FPS limit...

The only help you could give us is convincing these devs to contribute to the main project or maybe find out why they are working on their own(cultural/language barrier? The great firewall?)

i have tried latest of their illegal android version. seems their dev already implemented game setting for each game and i have been compared their latest and automated ppsspp version, i still having crash for at3plus voice in super robot taisen z2 saisei but works fine using theirs. if these guys contribute to Github surely a good thing for PPSSPP development.
