FF7CC strange controls freeze after fmv in the fusion chamber

(Posted the below on Git already).

Video goes through completely (as usual, all black, just subs), then game restarts but draws very weird artifacts and controls are unresponsive.

In the Dropbox, the savestate, as well as a savegame just before the video/ freeze, just talk to Hojo to trigger.

Anything else needed please let me know.

it works fine now with v0.7.5-323-ga8a1622 on win7
