I can't put games through itunes

I'm sort of new into this whole jailbreaking and what not, I used to have ppsspp emu on ios 8.0.2 with games but they ran slow due to me not jailbreaking my phone. I recently upgraded to ios 8.1 and I do have the ppsspp on my phone because this time I did the whole jail break procedure though pangu. Only problem, I can't add games through itunes like I used to. I do have Iso files, I just can't manage to put games. Any help?

1. Connect your device to itunes
2. Go into the apps tab
3. Scroll down to File Sharing and click under apps PPSSPP
4. In the bottom right click add file and add the iso that you want (Go to [Censored] or [Censored] for iso's)
5. Your device should sync if not click sync manually
6. Close iTunes, unplug your device and play
