Why are you being so vitriolic when you don't even seem to understand why this is happening?

Just make sure that you don't have any msvcr120.dll lying around in either the ppsspp directory or anywhere else before installing the runtime and make sure that the runtime you downloaded is the right one (32 bit when you're using the 32bit version of ppsspp and 64-bit when you're using the 64-bit version of ppsspp).

actually i recently made an update and i think that's the cause .some people got this probleme because their antivirus have blocked the file .
anyways i'v downloaded this package

I realize this is from a few days ago but the issue here arises from being on a 64bit windows and installing VC++ x64 only

You have to install VC++ x86 even if you're on a 64 bit system because the dll needed is 32bit only (probably not enough developers making their binaries with both versions, and only the 32 bit ones)

Once you have the 32bit version installed, you should be fine.

To people who got MSVCP120.dll in their folders, let me repeat what Unknown said. I believe your computers are infected with virus. Please find a consultant and send him a copy of the MSVCP120.dll for analysis.

Virus scanner doesn't do shit.

Hey guys I have download sniper elite 3 extract all files and it wont start up. I also download msvrc120.dll (because was error) but nothing. PLS help. Thank you

1).....This is a PSP forums, not PC forums.
