Any chance the developer of PPSSPP could possibly compile with the Coder on EMU4IOS to bring an easier way to download and install PPSSPP on iOS devices? With EMU4IOS you don't need a jailbreak and you install apps from Safari.

You can use any browser,i used chrome for example,I also support adding this for non jailbroked devices,especially since ios 7 is coming out

Installing this emu on a non jailbroken device doesn´t make sense as you can´t use jit on non jailbroken devices, so you can only use interpreter and the games will be unplayable slow.

Thanks for the clarification, what're your sources though on this information? I'm not trying to say you're wrong, I just really want to persue this more.
