Hmm. Do you have multithreading on? Maybe try turning it off. It may even be worth resetting your settings. There must be something that is causing it not to work.

I tried resetting the settings, and there was no change. As well, I checked multithreading before resetting, and it had been off.

Use Speedhack in sound option for uncut off.
