Where can I access my save states on pc and can I import my save states from my phone?

Hopefully someone can give me some advice on this. I'm playing Tales of Eternia and its doing things I didnt get in some previous games. The characters are all nice and sharp as they should be, but whenever they move they blur up and then sharpen again after stopping. Sometimes if they face a certain direction they stay blurred too. I noticed this also happened when I used retroarch so maybe its to do with the game or a 2D thing. The other issue is the characters all seem very smeared and pastel like. Like the pixel details are all gone. I've disabled all the filters to try and see why its doing it since other games I always avoided this horrid look, but all I can get is either super blurry characters or super sharp smeared pastel detailless characters. Thanks for any help.

is there a way to refresh or something to controllers? My ps4 controller worked great for a bit and now on the 3rd birthday it won't hold buttons. It won't hold the l button for aiming or the square button to select weapons. It does for a littlr then juat drops it. Any ideas on how to help?

Is there anyway to fix a possible corrupt game save? I was playing the game legend of heroes Ao No Kiseki. I try and load the game today and i see the save. it loads but take me back to the load screen. Some error in the savedata file I would assume.

Have any of you heard of a PSP game called "Grand Knights History"? It's a game with really nice visual design, and I really really loved it when I first started playing years ago. Now I really want to use the PPSSPP emulator to enable for some screen capturing/screenshots, however, there seems to be a persistent blurriness that I can't get rid of no matter which configuration I tried.

Although the last two image were taken from the book of concept arts and are probably not rendered that way in game, I still wish to see if there are any other ways for me to try and improve image quality.

I want PPSSPP to start directly fullscreen on my second monitor.

Google has brought me here on this 5yo thread:

But when I try this, I always end up with PPSSPP fullscreen on my main monitor. PPSSPP will start on my monitor 2 only if I close PPSSPP in windowed mode. But ofc, it will start windowed and not in fullscreen that way.

So, am I doing this wrong or this method doesn't work anymore?
Is there a way I am missing to pop PSSPPP directly in fullscreen mode on my secondary monitor?

Thanks btw for this awesome emulator, apart from this little inconvenience, PPSSPP is doing its job perfectly.

I tried to use Cheat Engine to hack Ace Combat: Joint Assault for more points during the mission, found 3 values (one 2-byte, one 4-byte, and one 8-byte), but when I try to change any of them, the value changes to ?? and emulator crashes. What could be wrong?

PPSSPP version is 1.10.3.
