I've seen this option presented in the setting menu and tried to turn it on. However, it did not seem to work as intended. The frame counter still showed my games running at 30 fps and I can visibly see it was not as smooth as 60fps.

The games I tested were Phantasy Star Portable 2 and Final Fantasy Type 0.
The settings were:

Backend: OpenGL
Mode: Buffered Rendering
Simulate Block Transfer Effect: On
Render Duplicate Frames To 60 Hz: On
Buffer Graphics Commands: Up To 2
Hardware Transform: On
Software Skinning: On
Vertex Cache: On

During cutscenes where the animation plays out that a character dies, it freezing and basically soft locks at that point, it being impossible to progress. I fixed this problem once by loading my PSP the best english patch file on the Japanese PSP the best file and was able to get through the cutscene, but now when i do it for the Hifumi death screen, even if i try loading it to the Japanese PSP the best, they both freeze on that cutscene now. Is there anyway for me to transfer my MacOS Catalina save data to my Chromebook so i can continue it on there, then put the new save back onto my mac and continue it, or is there another solution i can do?

I cant seem to find a way to access my save files on my mac. When i do SHIFT+COMMAND+. to bring up hidden files, they dont even show up when i do that. could i be doing it wrong? If theres a specific way to access these files i would greatly appreciate it if i could know! I believe im looking for the MEMSTICK folder.

Playing FF4 on PPSPP, enabled the "no encounters" cheat from here: https://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=11961

Forgot to save state, and died, so I used that to quickly get back to where I was. However, it seems that I can't disable the cheat. Here's what I tried:

unchecking "enable cheats" from the menu
unchecking the cheat itself in the cheat menu
resetting

I can still get random encounters by holding down square (mapped to X on xbone ctrlr), but that isn't ideal. I'd rather not have to hold down square the entire game.

any solutions?

hello, I have a question that I have and I can't stop thinking about it, not long ago I bought my PS Vita by amazon, it is a Fat 1000 model, all normal, nothing unusual, until for some reason I use a purple light.

You see, for some reason at the bottom of the screen you can see a little HUD, probably from a GBA game in the background, deep in the background, it's not very noticeable, except for a few lights on the PS Vita.

my doubt lies in the fact that is it normal for these things to happen on the screen? Can they appear in video games? Can it be fixed oh is there a cause for all this?

I hope I don't sound crazy, and thank you very much if there is an answer (sorry to use this forum, but it is the only thing alive that I find regarding PS Vita)

It's really weird,I mean sometimes I don't even have the chance to load the cube demo.The program just closes itself.Is it because I'm using windows 8?
It would be normal if it were only by that but I remember that this also happened on windows 7.Any ideas?btw I have an Intek GMA 945g
