i am trying to set up the alternative speed button on ppsspp to play Monster Hunter 3rd online, but i can't find the button on the control config nor find where i need to change it.

the controls.ini also don't have alternative speed listed.

where is it? this is driving me mad.

I've been using ppsspp for a bit with my ps3 sixaxis controller, but everytime I map my d-pad and left analog, they both go as d-pad buttons instead of analog. Or in other situations, my left analog does both it's analog work AND D-pad work.
Which is really annoying.

Basically, Both analog and d-pad go as pad.up, pad.down etc instead of the analog as axis +y/+x etc.

I checked my sixaxis app, and the mappings there are correct, I even turned off the right analog mappings, but it still did the same thing.

Can anyone please tell me how to fix this?

Recently I installed Windows 8.1 pro N x64. I have Jetion gamepad that works on other emulators, but ppsspp won't recognize it. When I try to map controls nothing happens. Tried 9.8 - 125, 225, 409 and 598 x64. It use to work fine under the Win 7. Odd thing is that I didn't find anyone else have this issue on this forum. Is this Windows issue or emulator?

I cannot press 2 d pad button on the screen. EXAMPLE: press up and left or up and right and down and left and right at the same time.

just like the title said , i don't have any idea about that problem
i just planned to updating my ppsspp v0.9.6 to the latest version v0.9.8. of course i installed ms visual c++ 2013 x86 first. and this is what i got. the red word appeared on above of the screen and i only heard sound but the game was running anyway. as proof of that problem, please download the document at http://www.4shared.com/file/4eJGWPTuba/Doc1.html . i am sorry i can't displayed it here
