Currently, I have the "Frame Advance" feature mapped to the [Home] key. (Unless I'm mistaken, I believe it does not have a hotkey by default.) And I sometimes want to use it to pause the game, such as to look at a single frame or snapshot of a game.

Granted, I could just press [Esc] to pause the game. However, that takes me to the PPSSPP menu, which obscures my view of the paused game.

Anyway, my problem is that once I enable Frame Advance, I can't find any way to unpause or resume normal game speed. Pressing [Home] again only advances the game by one frame. I've tried [Tab] for "Unthrottle" and "`" for Speed Toggle, but neither fixes this. It remains paused.

The only fix I found was to close or shut down PPSSPP completely and restart.

I've done several Google searches involving "PPSSPP" and "Frame Advance", but I still haven't found a solution...

So I was playing around with the texture dumping/replacement feature and tried a little experiment with replacing the navigator in the game.

This replaces the in-game navigator with Alia from the later games in the series. Not the best quality, but I'm still experimenting with some different techniques.
   
   

I know that the emulator of psp and of 1 player more would be very good if it had the possibility to play with 2 players offline

how can i get back the states which i have saved earlier than the last saved state from a slot

I'm having a problem. In the game, at the first screen it doesn't show my character when I'm creating it. I delete the game and find another one and download it. It gives the same problem, and I try changing settings but it doesn't work. When I exit the screen it suddenly shows the character until it goes to the starting screen. Help.

So was I hunting monster and finely reached HighRank online, and I went to bed. When I wokeup and opened the program I could not play, for the lag.
that was months ago. I left it there and now I formatted my PC and it stay the same.

Do anyone knows how to put it together?

I would like to ask if there are any existing method on how to fix the DLC error when ever I transfer a save game from ppsspp to psp. Here are the following error I encounter:

a)"Save data creation date does not match the PSP system, so content unlocked with data link or passwords will be deactivated. To unlock this content again, repeat data link or password input process." (encountered before the game goes to the main screen)

b)"An error was detected in DLC character data. Equipment will be removed and the character withdrawn" (encountered when loading a save game which contains DLC characters,stickers and unlocked characters thru passwords.)

c)"An error was detected in DLC sticker data. If equipped, the sticker will be removed."(encountered when loading a save game which contains DLC characters,stickers and unlocked characters thru passwords.)

I tried deleting the existing save data folder and let the game create a new one so all the files are updated but I still encounter the same error.

It's just frustrating to enter the password all over again just to use some of my characters and stickers.

I'm running ppsspp 1.3 on a Windows 10 laptop, I'm trying to play final fantasy IV and the emulator keeps crashing just before a cutscene early on. Please help ?

I'm running on a Nvidia Shield TV & although the WiiU Pro works great in all the games I've tried so far on PPSSPP, getting in game or changing settings etc is easier said than done as the cursor moves way too fast when I'm in the menu and the sticks don't work either, just the Dpad.. any help would be much appreciated as I often quit before I play anything as it's too much of a headache trying to control the cursor.

I've started having issues with my controller when I try playing a game today, when I started ppsspp I was able to move around the menu with the controller like normal, then when I booted a game the controller stopped responding or doing anything. I tried using my keyboard and it didn't work either, so I went into the controls to rebind them again, thinking that something messed up and I had to reset them, when I rebound my controller it came up as x360_2 instead of x360. rebinding my keyboard did nothing different. so I rebound the controls so they were all x360_2 then tried playing again, and it still didn't work. I then tried to load a savestate to see if it would help, and it loaded properly but still wouldn't accept any input though it wasn't frozen. I've replugged my controller/keyboard a few times as well and nothing fixed it. I looked online and found nothing as well.
