I forgot to mention this,
Specific to Ridge Racer games, you won't be able to host if someone else on the same Adhoc Server already hosting a room, regardless whatever channel you use, it's due to legacy Adhoc Server limitation not providing channel information. We might improve Adhoc Server functionality in the future to allow hosting a room for each channel, but will break compatibility with real PSP that use legacy pro-online plugin.
