ppsspp does not start

if download the Dll file , get this error

You're trying to run the 32-bit version of PPSSPP, but only have the x64 2013 runtimes installed. Delete the bad DLL you downloaded and install the proper 32-bit runtimes.

32bit ppsspp worked now but 64bit ppsspp still doesnt run, i had vcredist_x64.exe 2013 already installed
