Samsung's Galaxy Series only supports up to 64GB, so I'm out.

all devices that support 64GB microSD support up to 2TB.
they just didn't get a chance to test 128GB yet because it didn't exist until recently.

you should however be careful with sandisk microSDXC cards, their 64GB cards got corrupt quite easily.
