I think you can't do anything on this laptop...
The fact that it doesn't support OpenGL is due to your GPU Undecided

♦ Intel Core i7-6700HQ | 16 GB RAM | NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M | Debian Testing
♦ Intel Core i7-2630QM | 4 GB RAM | NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M | Debian Testing
♦ PSP-3004 | 6.60 PRO-C2

RE:
Well GPU is technically "Graphic Processing Unit" so doesn't really matter if the chip is on extenshion card, on mobo or even on the same die with cpu the term will still be correctTongue.
We have other terms like IGP ~ "Integrated Graphic Processor" specially for those, but then again with new AMD/Intel solutions the term APU(Accelerated Processing Unit) got popular and technically it doesn't really matter because it still uses different chips called CPU and GPU doesn't matter how close they work together.

Oh and like can be seen here, GMA 4500MHD which I assume this chip is actually does support OGL 2.1, so installing new drivers from intel official site actually might help, however intel drivers are always crap so you'll never know unless you try;p. Good luck.

LunaMoo did his best to help you...

next time, don't use Direct X diagnostic tool because this emulator doesn't supports Direct X in any other way and it gives less accurate info anyways. Try OpenGL diagnostic tool instead (google that) or simply open your graphic card setting menu and open the information section there, it will (at least) give us info about your graphic card, not CPU or chipset

o.o Oh Hi XD
P.S: Wanted to go to Japan so badly
