PPSSPP keeps blinking after opening

I tried to run PPSSPP on my netbook which has a CPU:Intel Atom N2600 (1.6 Ghz, 1MB, L2,Cache)
But it doesn't look normal to me. It keeps blinking like the pic here.
It also won't allow me to play any game. What should I do with this?

RE: PPSSPP keeps blinking after opening
Your Intel CPU based netbook has a very interesting Integrated Graphics Card that is not made by Intel itself.

It's called the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) 3600 but it's actually a PowerVR based graphics chipset known as the PowerVR SGX545.

Apparently, there are known massive driver issues with this particular model on Windows and so PPSSPP may not be compatible with it. Intel only guarantees DirectX 9.0c support. I suspect OpenGL support for this card with current drivers are very flaky, leading to the abnormal image you've posted above.

Many reviews of netbooks/laptops containing this graphics card state that normal games often failed to launch, and would often crash.

PPSSPP Modern Testbed:-
Intel Core i5 4690K @ 4.0 GHz
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 760 2GB GDDR5 VRAM @ 1138/6500 Mhz
16 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1600 MHz
Windows 7 x64 SP1

PPSSPP Ancient Testing Rig:-
Intel Core 2 Duo T9550 @ 2.8GHz
ATI Mobility Radeon 4670 1GB GDDR3 VRAM @ 843/882 MHz
8 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1066 MHz
Windows 7 x64 SP1
