I tried ppsspp-v0.9.6-873-g4d00a9b-windows-amd64, but error was occured.
Today, I was able to prepare the English environment, I attach the capture.

harddisk0-3 are SSD & HDD, harddisk4-8 are Memorycard reader.
So if drive letter are aasinned, this message will appear 5 times.


Steps to Reproduce on my PC
1. plug card reader (drive letter is assigned)
2. run and close ppsspp
3. attach another drive FAT32 or exFAT (such as USB flash)
4. run and close ppsspp
5. remove the drive of FAT32 or exFAT
6. run ppsspp
error.

my PC
OS: Windows7 Professional SP1 x64
CPU : AMD A10-7850K, MEM 16GB, iGPU only
chipset : AMD A88X <- USB host controller
