I see you are using the Official download from the Google Play Store.

Have you tested the latest Beta version from here: http://buildbot.orphis.net/ppsspp/index.php
The latest build at the moment is: v0.9.6-691-g4f2f8f0

Try that & see if there are any improvements, I think it should have fixed the flickering, I am un-sure though as I don't have that game. Cool
