Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

Okay, so in order to play games with crappy camera angles (*cough Gods Eater cough*), I've decided to set the D-pad as the D-pad on my controller as well as the right analog stick. By doing this I can change the camera angle using my right analog stick easily. However, when I did this, the D-pad sometimes won't respond to commands when I press it (75% of the time it won't respond). I'm using a Razer Sabertooth controller (baiscally a better xbox 360 controller) and I'm wondering if this can be fix so that the D-pad can be use along the right analog stick as the D-pad for games.
