For me 403, 408 and up to 421 are all fast with Bleach. i just downloaded them from orphis's automated build system on the main site and launched on my phone.have you enabled vertex cache? this is my configuration (that i always use) :

sound emulation (off)
buffered rendering (on)
2x resolution (off)
hardware transform (on)
draw using stream vbo (off)
vertex cache (on)
jit (on) fastmem (on)

tried on Xperia S (Adreno 220)

Not much diference with -344 on performance
After -344 maybe slowdown 3 FPS max
With -406 12 FPS Average
With -424 13 FPS Average
So I think it was always runs slow
Same configuration that JuperTwo

I have disable sound, enable buffered rendering and disable VBO the rest enabled

Any Idea? Start Soldier runs at 55-60 FPS to me on the phone

One game running fast doesn't mean that other games will run fast. Reporting that an already slow game still is slow isn't news. Things will get faster but it takes time.

However, if a game is fast and then becomes slow, it's interesting because that means that we accidentally became slower, and that can usually be fixed.

Yes, but the problem is that for some people the game became slow and after this changes they become "fast" again and for me there was no change, always was slow, and the phone specifications are "similar" on performance not on hardware and the results are quite different.

I know that this will take time I'm just wondering if there are a specific problem with my model, if for ones runs well and for others runs slow.

If I'm not wrong, the latest commit 948 broke heat the soul 7 on android.Crashes after trying to get ingame.Tried arcade more and it crashes to home screen.Happening from Commit 880 onwards.

Has anyone tested other Bleach Heat of the Soul games? If not, i will test one or two parts tomorrow. Friend of mine have BHOTS 3 and 5 i think. Im not sure, but i will check that tomorrow. It's late now. Sad

I played the heck out of BHOTS 7 using PPSSPP (using the latest build from emucr, stamped as PPSSPP Git 2013/03/07), it runs fullspeed on my machine (core 2 duo e8400 @ 3.0 ghz - it doesn't even require the processor to run at max clockspeed, as I already get 60 fps even at the 2ghz throttled speed. My vidcard is an nvidia GT 240). I found a few problems.

First is graphics glitches in one of the stages, this is the only stage that has it, and no amount of fiddling with the settings changes it (disabling Hardware Transform actually made it worse):

It's distracting a little bit, but it's not a gamebreaking glitch. The next problem I found is more serious:

I can't play the encircled maps. Entering them, using any setting (even interpreter) and any combination of characters immediately results in the emulator crashing back to windows. I tried both a straight ISO dump and a CSO. Same results.

I have BHOTS 5. I tested it, the menu is fine, no videos. In game is just a blackscreen. But you can hear the sounds in the background. Haven't fiddled with the settings yet, I just used the one that I already have for BHOTS 7.

Crashes when fight is loading. Using build 7.0d for iPhone 5. On 7.0c it works fine, but after 7.0d not working anymore. Tried few different settings all crashes.

Its working great and even faster than before Big Grin (v0.7-161)

The last version I tried working before is v0.7-120, and when I try 07-138 and 07-146, and 07-152 not working even without fastmem,buffered rendering and vertex cache.
But it's already working now.

I did some more testing on the windows version, v. 0.6.1 is the last version where it works without any crashing (in my case, at least). The stages I mentioned above, load fine. The only problem is the glitching on the floors and the black screen before the fight (during the "Ready..." prompt.)

After that version, it started crashing again. I tested up to the newest one. It was fixed again on v0.7-137, but the sound was distorted. v0.7-138 fixes the sound distortion but the crashes are back.
