[Solved] PPSSPP force closing when I load data

I'm a new member here, so sorry if I might seem noobish.

My PPSSPP runs fine and can open the game Patapon. When I try to load my data on the game and click 'Continue' however, it starts to force close and says "Unfortunately, PPSSPP has stopped working". I tried doing 'New Game' too and it worked until I try to save within the game, then it force closes again. I don't understand why this is happening, it's actually been working just great the past week. This just started happening today after my phone died because the battery ran out. The game was running when my phone died btw, if that's helpful.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

I have a Galaxy S2 I9100
running at CeleriterROM (4.4 Kitkat)
