Hi, I too had problem playing 3 players on MH3 HD. Tried to find the solution for the problem for nearly 2 days before I found this post. Here is what I did that got us playing 3 players:

1. Download the exact build of ppsspp-v0.9.6-393-g628426b from http://buildbot.orphis.net/ppsspp/

2. Copy the following lines and completely replace the lines in the ppsspp.ini located in .../memstick/PSP/SYSTEM

3. Change the proAdhocServer ip and MAC adress in ppsspp.ini to your own

4. Change the alternative speed to 25% at settings>graphics

5. Untick Fast memory (unstable) at settings>system

Do all the things above and I really hope you get to play 3 players too. Credits to chelc for the lines and the ppsspp build.
