I'm pretty sure you can play multiplayer between MHP3 HD (running on emulator) and MHP3 (running on PSP). Those are literally the same game with some graphic difference (you can even change save files between them ).

As for guide on how to link emulator and psp, you can search it in the forum. I think I've read it somewhere before.

I'm not 100% sure but you could try it and tell me the result.
