try bing rewards (painfully slow average is about 16 points per day)

as for swagbucks I tried it in the past, if I was you I would creating a new e-mail for just it (you will get e-mailed like crazy)

I would go for $5 amazon cards because they add up and never expire, the downside is that amazon prices go up and down
