The question is what you want to play. The GPU won't have problems with 3D games at all (maybe even with 2x resolution), but the CPU will be too slow for heavy games like Tekken 6 and FlatOut. Most should be okay, though.
I can be quite specific if you state what you want to play. Windows 7 x64: Intel Core i5 4570 @3.6 Ghz, ATI Radeon HD 7870 Android 4.4.2 (CM11): Samsung Galaxy S3 @ 4x1.6 Ghz CPU, 600Mhz GPU |
