Going below 25% Alternate Speed

So with FrameRate = 3 and 25% speed it works, but it does take about 2 to 3 minutes to load in. We have a little over 200 ping, round trip. We tested it with FrameRate = 7 and 25% speed and it dropped. So it looks like you have to get pretty low in the FrameRate setting for it to work. Hope this helps someone!
