[Resolved] Please, make ppsspp DPI aware under Windows
There's a problem running ppsspp in Windows with non-default DPI. It causes screen flickering in full-screen mode. Enabling compatibility mode which disables scaling partially solves the problem: no flickering, but another problem arises - gui parts are no longer scaled, but gui text is, so parts of text become invisible beyond their gui regions. I think gui scaling is fine, so is it possible to do something about flickering?

active, if it does not work well leave the emulator in default,if it does not go well, download another version of ppsspp

I just tried with the latest build from git and flickering is gone. But main menu panel somehow stays on top even in fullscreen. In compatibility mode panel hides as it should.

Pressing F11 twice brought flickering back (but panel is gone). My resolution is 1920x1080@60Hz
P.S. Forgot to mention that flickering occurs even in GUI, not only in games

if flashing is before the games begin it may be the video driver the has updated? Your resolution is the same as mine and no I have that problem

Thanks for your help, I tried your ini but flickering is still here. The problem may really be in driver. I have latest 331.82 from nvidia (GTX680 card), I tried to play with different 3d settings in nvidia control panel (like enabling/disabling AA, triple buffer, vsync), but nothing helped.

try this last because I have to go now,if the problem is flashing before running games in windowed mode if so is the problem of bit colors the solution is easy goes to the graphics options in nvidia control panel searches for 32-bit color change them to 16 bit bye gl

No, 16bit causes emu to fail to initialize GL (OpenGL 2.0 not supported error message).

Updating DirectX won't fix this issue. I've reproduced it, as well as another dev, so it's now a known issue.
