Yes, you should have absolutely no problem. But why don't you just go ahead and try?
It's the best way to find out, I guarantee it!

Not so sure about the phone. If you post some specs I might be able to give you a diagnostic, but in any case psp emulation on android is not as fast as on a PC but some games still manage to be playable if not at full speed if you have a phone with good specs.

Well i already said it has single core 832mhz cpu and 289mb ram. it does not have any popular gpu like adreno or tegra series. the gpu in that is called video core iv hw and it has opengl 2.0 support.looks like it wont be enough, will it?

Nop, sorry don't think so. I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 with a dualcore 800 and 700 ram and even with those specs some game lag a lot.

ok i thought same too. Actually imo playing ppsspp on phone is better than pc because it gives a psp feeling.
How good galaxy s4 runs ppsspp?
one more question. my laptop's gpu is intel 4500mhd. when i open ppsspp it says 'ppsspp has stopped working' and the software closes.why does this happen?

RE: Can I run dbz games with this spec?
You are right with it feeling more authentic on a phone.

I haven't heard good things about psp emulation on S4 phones. Even though the phone has some top notch specs it looks like the emulator is not fully compatible with it's chipset or something like that.

for your Intel problem you can take a look at this thread: http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=5838

RE: Can I run dbz games with this spec?
Every Snapdragon device has issues with PPSSPP, because albeit being the fastest and most used SoC on every phone or tablet, it has some stupid design decisions that severely hampers the performance.

Best SoC for PPSSPP currently is Exynos 4 and Exynos 5.

i checked the thread before but it says my card will support ppsspp since it is opengl 2.1 compliant. so is it a problem with drivers?

Does it give you any errors or does it simply crash?
